Mario Rizzotti – Italian culinary expert

Mario Rizzotti is an Italian culinary expert and acclaimed television personality. He served a judge on the Food Network’s Iron Chef America.

Chef Rizzotti came to the USA from Italy more than 20 years ago. He went to work in a restaurant as a dishwasher. Mario saw meals being served that claimed to be Italian but that he’d never heard of before.

Currently he is launching his nationwide #4theloveofitalianfood tour of restaurants in Iowa to educate Americans about “real” Italian cooking.
